Student Feedback
“I have definitely improved my yoga practice and have done poses I never thought I could, thanks to Stephanie! Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging yourself, letting go, and feeling good.”
“I’ve really enjoyed the yoga practice sessions you’ve led – and how welcoming and positive you’ve made the experience. I’m definitely a novice and you’re step-by-step instructions and encouragement has made the process of learning the poses fun rather than intimidating. And – I love that you always introduce a unique or challenging pose into each practice to stretch our abilities and really test our balance and strength.
Your positive energy and your gratitude to the energy we bring as participants to the sessions you lead is also something I really appreciate.”
“I really enjoyed the session and what I really enjoyed was how you went around helping individuals- making small adjustments to their poses so they could get the most out of it.
It really showed how much you cared and you dedication to teaching.”
“For me Yoga is all about calming, relaxing and gaining flexibility. The best thing about Steph is that right from the very first class I have enjoyed her enthusiasm, patience, and love of Yoga. She makes everyone feel very welcome and very comfortable. She goes around assisting those of us that have a harder time getting the poses. It is easy to follow her classes too. I would highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t regret it – I promise!”
“I wanted to say how much I enjoyed your yoga sessions this year. They were well thought-out, and you put a lot of effort into making each one different, or target a different area, which I appreciated. You also bring a lot of positive energy to your practice, which is a great thing, and something that can’t be taught – you have it or you don’t. Hold on to that!
I know at the beginning you said you were focusing more on getting the structure of the class worked out – and timing it right – but I have noticed that as you got more comfortable, you spent more time watching the group and making suggestions or gently correcting people’s posture to ensure they were getting the most out of the pose and they weren’t going to hurt themselves. To me, that’s the mark of a really great yoga instructor.”
